Hey guys, hope you're keeping cozy in the dreary depths of February. I'm rocking butternut squash soup, thick wool socks, snuggles with a certain Rude Boy, and lots of vinyasas to stay warm + keep my spirits up.
I don't know about you, but when it's miserable outside (so much snow + slush + ice + a flawed transit system), I tend to hibernate. On the upside, it's the perfect time to give my home practice some extra love + attention.

Are you practicing today? I downloaded Rachel Brathen / (@yoga_girl)'s new Gaiam yoga series the other day, and have been working my way through the videos. So far it's been a lot of fun practicing with my favourite insta-yogi. You should check them out if you're looking for some new classes to add to your online repertoire. She really is a fantastic teacher (and an uber-talented writer).
